Focused engineering for founders

Fix your vibe-coded app.

A recurring bug or unfinished feature should have a clear next step. We help you reproduce the blocker, understand its cause, and repair the agreed behavior so you can keep building.

Request a project fit review

No repository access required for the initial project fit review.

Start with the part
that is not working.

A focused repair starts with a specific failure. These are examples of issues we can assess; your stack and the scope determine the right approach.

Need help finishing the whole release?
  • A sign-in flow fails or saved data does not behave as expected.
  • An unfinished feature keeps getting patched without working end to end.
  • A build, deployment, or integration issue is blocking your next release.
  • You can describe one concrete failure and the behavior you need instead.

Understand the cause.
Agree what gets fixed.

Each stage gives you something concrete to review. Broader code cleanup or full-product readiness needs its own agreed scope.

  1. 01

    Describe the failure

Share what you expected, what happened instead, and what you have already tried. The initial project fit review establishes whether we can help.

A fit decision and a recommended next step.

  2. 02

    Trace the cause

After scope and access are agreed, reproduce the problem and trace the affected behavior. If the issue is wider than a focused repair, agree that boundary before expanding the work.

Findings, repair scope, and acceptance criteria.

  3. 03

    Repair and verify

Implement the agreed fix or feature completion, add relevant regression checks, and verify the affected build or release path where it belongs to the scope.

The agreed change, verification evidence, and handover notes.

A technical assessment is separately scoped. After fit and repository access are agreed, we inspect the agreed system areas and provide prioritized findings, an implementation plan, and acceptance criteria.

Code changes, product completion, testing, and release preparation are a separate implementation engagement with agreed requirements. Sending the review form does not start implementation.

Inside a Bayon product · Thunderlist

One emoji. One unexpected build dependency.

A focused repair to Thunderlist, Bayon’s own task app: remove the remote asset request that blocked social-preview generation.

The failure

A production build failed while generating the social-preview image. A runtime probe traced the timeout to an emoji renderer fetching a lightning-bolt asset from an external CDN.

The repair

We replaced the emoji with Thunderlist’s existing bundled SVG logo, embedded directly in the image response. The preview kept its dimensions, copy, and layout, while that remote asset request was removed.

The regression check

Verification on October 11, 2026 recorded a passing regression test that rendered the actual 1200 × 630 PNG with external network requests rejected. The canonical production build also passed.

Historical verification: .

This verifies the social-preview repair under the recorded test conditions. It does not establish that every build dependency is local, that all network failures are resolved, or that every product flow is ready for release.

Thunderlist is Bayon’s own product, not a client engagement. This example makes no claim about whether the original app was built with AI.

Before we look
at the issue.

Can you fix code generated by AI?

Focused diagnosis and repair of AI-built applications is part of our service offering. Fit depends on your stack, the issue, and the scope described in your request.

What should I send first?

Describe your product, the expected behavior, the failure, and your next milestone. Do not send passwords, API keys, customer data, or an unsolicited repository invitation. No repository access required for the initial project fit review.

Is the fix included in the initial review?

The initial review does not include a code audit, implemented fixes, or a production-readiness sign-off. Technical assessment and implementation are separately agreed.

What if one bug reveals a wider problem?

We explain the findings and agree any expanded assessment or implementation scope before proceeding. A focused repair does not certify the whole product as ready for launch.

How much does a repair cost?

Bayon AI service prices are not published on this website. We agree the scope of an engagement before work begins. Timing and cost depend on the issue and the work we agree; we do not promise a fixed turnaround before assessing the scope.
